Great staff, beautiful room love the fact that there's no carpets anywhere. Great pools accessibility to the beach, awesome view the pluses are great as well.
The only negative is the put put park needs attention.

great property. loved the room space, balcony view, staff and bar/restaraunts. the only thing that was not good was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash

It was good the room looked beautiful and had a great view the check in failed to let us know the $100 fee added he just said it’s in case of damages and will be refunded. But another man said it is charged and the room was not swept properly there was dirt and left over rose petals from another persons stay but other than that it was great

It was a great stay. Great renovations but the set up of the room seems to be off. Check in was faster but the directions aren't clear. We had no wash clothes and the floors were were wet. The toilet ran all the time. The refrigerator was very small. The hotel still has no jacuzzi. Nice ocean view and accessible to the beach.

The rooms were older but remolded and clean. We stayed in the last building which was in path with of landing planes so they were pretty close and you could hear them, though once I was in bed I did not hear them so it was kind of cool to see them so close. The main lobby area and restaurant is very nice. Overall enjoyed our stay and probably would stay again

Property was nice, rooms not very clean. Ours was very dusty! Check in was quick, but they didn't explain alot of what was available, ie., coffee in the morning, breakfast, etc. Pools were very clean and loved that it was right on the ocean. Not sure how often they are suppose to clean rooms, but always had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper and tissues. When we checked in didn't even have enough to start. Rooms need to be updated.
