My stay at the Golden Nugget Biloxi Mississippi was not a good stay. The rooms clean enough to my standards. The pools closed early. I didn’t get to enjoy getting in the pools. The food in some of the restaurants were terrible. They didn’t have valet parking something I’m use to. When I was in the casino gambling no one came to ask if I wanted anything to drink.

I liked that the property was close to everything but I didn't like the rooms, for the price i paid you would have thought that it would be upscale, but it was disappointing and we changed rooms and the second room wasn't any better. I Don't think that they clean the balcony at all..and my niece had some kind of bites on her skin

First and foremost this hotel is a casino. If you like a casino atmosphere, then you might love it. We stayed here for other reasons and were horrified to find smoking is allowed on the casino floor, which permeates the entire property. We were also lead to believe the pool/hot tub were open by Expedia etc, yet when we used the hot tub (which we accessed with a keycard, which worked…) we were kicked out by a very rude employee. I still don’t know if it was actually closed since there was absolutely nothing indicating that was true. Overall we found the place very off-putting and would not go back.

The hotel and casino itself is nice. The bedding in our room was not very clean and we had to be moved to a different room. They do not offer valet service as advertised; it is self parking. The food in the sports bar and grille was good.

Where do i start? The water in the tib wouldn't shut off. Called maintenance, they said they couldn't fix it, 2nd day the toilet would've flush, the guy brought us a plunger, it didnt need plunging .the part with the chain broke . The floors were filthy. My white socks were black .Beds and pillows were ok ..WAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR WHAT WE RECEIVED!!! The view wasnt that great either it was across from the amusement park at marguitaville. Better off staying someone cheaper and save your money for gambling
