I recently stayed here and was disappointed with the experience. The property felt outdated and in need of renovations, falling short of the premium price charged. While the staff were friendly and helpful, communication from management was severely lacking, especially during two separate middle-of-the-night fire alarm incidents. Guests were left uninformed about the cause or resolution, and no apology or follow-up was provided. Additionally, the resort fee felt unjustified, with no clear explanation of what it covered. Breakfast was included for me which was exceptional. Overall for the price, I expected a higher standard of comfort, transparency, and professionalism. Despite the staff’s efforts, poor communication, unclear charges, and repeated disruptions made for an unsatisfactory stay. I cannot recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both the property and management’s approach to guest relations. Key West offers many better options for a relaxing and well-managed experience.

First time at this location it was comfortable, clean, and the free cookies were amazing. The location was perfect walking distance to beaches.

The hotel needs renovation, our room was dark and felt unclean. I woke up with lots of bites on my leg and back which I suspect are from bed bugs. The shuttle service into town is good and a the breakfast is good the staff are fine, and they had a decent xmas decorations.
