I recently had the pleasure of staying at Embassy Suites, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The lobby was beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting.
I got an affordable upgrade for a falls view where I could see both American and Canadian side of Niagara Falls. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The view from the window was stunning—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning with a cup of coffee.
I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious choices, and the on-site restaurant offered fantastic meals with excellent service. The location of the hotel was also perfect—close to Table Rock, casinos, and restaurants making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, my stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
My stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Niagara Falls was a mix of awe-inspiring moments and some minor frustrations. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the falls. Watching the fireworks light up the night sky with the falls in the background was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
The room itself was impressive—spacious, with a nicely divided living room and bedroom, making it feel more like a suite than a typical hotel room. The jacuzzi was a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also appreciated the convenience of having three sinks in the room, which made getting ready in the morning much easier.
However, there were a few downsides to the stay. The elevators were consistently slow, with long lines no matter the time of day, which was quite frustrating. Breakfast, although decent, was marred by long waits, and the food was just okay, not quite living up to the expectations set by the rest of the hotel experience.
The most significant issue was the disturbance caused by a barking dog during the night. While the hotel staff did their best by sending security, they were unable to resolve the issue until the owner returned around 2 a.m., which disrupted an otherwise peaceful night.
I've been to many resorts and I've never seen anything like this. I paid extra money to stay in the presidential suite to have better views of Niagara Falls. The windows were so dirty that my family and I could barely see the views from the room or take any good pictures. The room was dirty as well. there were dirty coffee cups left that were never cleaned up. It seems as though the hotel may have over booked rooms. It was very crowded and there were very long lines for breakfast. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. As far as Hotel stays go, this has to be one of the worst.
First the positive remarks the room was great, clean, spacious, spectacular view of the falls. Valet and gentlemen at the lobby doors were excellent. For every guest they opened the door's whether you were going in or out of the lobby area.
What would have been nice to know ahead of time was the parking in more detail.
Onsite parking is awesome if you have a smaller vehicle. If you own a large SUV plan on parking a block down in their off site parking and taking a shuttle to the hotel. That’s great if your alone or going as a couple but traveling alone with smaller children or child plan on paying for valet unless you want to lug a stroller and luggage to take a shuttle etc late at night in the cold. Thankfully I was prepared for the extra valet expense and even though I was only there overnight the 100CAD plus taxes and fees etc was worth me not lugging a 2 year old in the cold with a stroller and luggage.
Overnight it snowed and valet brushed my entire SUV off for me not just windows to see out of and was not expecting a tip but those valets work hard and in my opinion went above and beyond so plan on having some cash on hand to tip. Even though they are not expecting it or looking for it, it’s a nice gesture to show they are appreciated.
I know now for future visits to plan on valet and a tip since I will be keeping my larger SUV.
