Hotel is good , food is good the security in the hotel is very high

The resort is wonderful, we spent unforgettable days, I give it 6 stars only for families, the best gift for kids after school.

We had an amazing stay at Laguna Vista! The staff were friendly and welcoming, checking in and out was an easy process, and our room was clean. The pools were fantastic. clean, staffed with lifeguards, and family friendly. We enjoyed the food and activities and highly recommend the spa and salon! Everything was wonderful!

The location and the interaction with the staff

Their service is great and the staff are excellent, and the hotel location is really great. My room is panoramic but getting to it is tiring, there are no elevators and going up the stairs is a bit tiring, but the lobby, service, and breakfast are really wonderful, which comforts me from the exhaustion of going out from the room and returning to it.
