Web check-in must be completed 24 hours to 75 minutes before flight departure. Passengers can add their checked baggage online and generate a baggage tag, 48 hours to 60 minutes before flight departure.
- Passengers must arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure as airport counters close 60 minutes before flight time.
- Passengers must carry a printed copy or soft copy of the boarding pass and bag tag as airport kiosks aren’t available at all airports.
*Note that economy and business classes are equivalent to Regular fare and Flexi Plus fare, respectively.
