Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort - Posh Club

We would like to inform you that Diamond Beach will undergo a major renovation and expansion project from November 15, 2025, to April 15, 2026. This project includes the addition of 22 new guest rooms and the installation of exciting new Aqua Slides, as part of our continued commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

Areas Affected During the Renovation Period:

- Family Pool and Bar – Closed

- Buildings 1, 2, and 3 – A total of 44 rooms out of service

- Building 4 – Partial closure with 10 rooms (out of 87) unavailable

All other pools and bars will remain fully operational throughout the renovation period to minimize guest impact.

Please note that the first month (Nov 15 – Dec 15, 2025) will involve heavy demolition, which is expected to generate noticeable noise and dust. We recommend notifying your clients and updating your platforms accordingly, especially for guests sensitive to such conditions.

We would like to inform you that starting from September 20th, 2024, a new project will be taking place at SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort as 3 buildings will be temporarily closed for a period of five months. During this time, we will be undergoing a redecoration procedure as well as adding new family rooms to further enhance the experience and comfort of our guests.

Please note that while the project is scheduled to last five months, the primary work will take place within the first one to two months with the medium level of noise.

Rest assured that the rest of the resort will remain fully operational throughout this period, and we remain committed to providing our guests with a seamless and enjoyable stay.
