This is a nice hotel. Good position and amenities. Clean and well serviced. Rooms are spacious and plenty of tea/coffee. Food is also very good. However. During our stay there was a fire and the hotel was evacuated. This wasn’t the hotels fault, but their attitudes, service and people skills were absolutely shocking. Very rude, uncaring and no inclination at all as to the stress and position of hundreds of guests left stranded in a foreign country. All they were concerned about was dodging refunds and getting the situation sorted in their favour for as cheap as possible. Staff had no clue what they were doing and the management were all hiding in back rooms avoiding the situation. I shudder to think what would have happened if the fire had been during the night because the management procedures were shambolic.

An excellent experience in terms of reception; the staff was helpful and respectful. The rooms were very clean, and the shower water was warm. Parking is available, although the corridors on level P1 are narrow, but they serve their purpose. One negative thing is that there is no one to carry the bags.

Twice had problems with the washroom, first day sink was blocked, day 2 flush not working, dirty rooms, staff unable to speak English, location not good and breakfast was awful.

This hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the Haram. The hotel also offers free parking for guests which is very good. I will stay in this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Good hotel to stay during the holy month. Staff were very friendly. Clean rooms. Although rate is higher than expected and breakfast buffet was very basic for a 5-star hotel.
