This is max 3 star hotel. No A/C. Dirty carpets. Food ok. Staff not helpful. Don't speak English, reason why I chose an american chain. Only thing perfect is the location. Across from the tram and lots of shops.

I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this place it’s totally waste of time and money. Very highly rated it should be 1 star hotel. Very unprofessional front desk. Very noisy rooms overall it’s very uncomfortable place to relax.

Clean, quite, very comfortable. Location is great and tram station just opposite to hotel entrance with easy access to Istanbul landmarks and areas. They charge for the water in the room and no complimentary water in a 5 stars hotel!
