The rooms are very bad - the staff's treatment is worse - the cleanliness is unacceptable. Two hours delay in check-in - the room was left open after cleaning - noise from cars reaches inside the room, the linens and towels are very old and worn out - problems.

The room was not clean.. the lighting was poor.. the beds were uncomfortable.. the bathtub was not clean. There was no coffee or tea.. just a kettle.

The hotel is good, but the corridors leading to the rooms are old, and the furniture needs renewal. The breakfast needs adjustment and reconsideration due to a slight drop in its quality. However, the staff's interaction is friendly and appropriate.

It was quick one night stay .. staff is good special thanks to Mr Mohamed in the reception he was a great help Room was ok .. great view & location but unfortunately the cleanliness & the room smell wasnt that great ! Toilet fixtures were old & damaged .. plastic beach chairs in balcony was such a shame for a good place like that .. breakfast was ok would be happier if improved

The security at the hotel is excellent. The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. As for the hotel, it needs renovation and more attention to the cleanliness of the furniture.

De kamer was prettig, zeker de prijs waard. Het kon wel wat schoner. De ligging was perfect, mooi aan de Nijl met gezellige barretjes en cafees. De hotelmedewerkers waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
