Carry-On Baggage
It is the baggage you can carry in the passenger cabin and be stored in the overhead compartment. Each airline has a different policy regarding the free allowance and dimensions.
Philippine Airlines gives passengers a maximum weight of 7 kgs with dimension 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (22in x 14in x 9in). If the baggage exceeds the free allowance in weight or dimension, the passenger will charge extra fees.
Items you can carry with the carry-on baggage
- a small handbag
- pocketbook or purse
- an overcoat, wrap or blanket
- a small camera or binoculars
- laptop with case
- a reasonable amount of reading material
- duty-free bag
- infant's food for consumption in flight
- pair of crutches and/or braces, walking stick and other prosthetic device for the passenger's use provided that the passenger is dependent upon them
Checked baggage
The baggage that passengers can carry with them in the cargo compartment of the aircraft and not allowed to be with them in the passenger cabin.
Philippine Airline has a free allowance of checked baggage according to the class and the flights' destinations. It has a single piece that is not exceeding 32kg, passenger will extra fees if the weight exceeds 32 kg.

Infant's Baggage

An infant may also be allowed one fully collapsible stroller or infant's carrying basket or infant's car seat subject to availability of space.
Special Items

- Batteries and Flammable Liquids

- Battery terminals must be insulated to prevent accidental short circuits, e.g., by being enclosed within a battery container;

Excess baggage
